Refund & Cancellation Policy

Summary: Monthly memberships can be cancelled at any time. New members may request a review within 7 days of their first payment. Refunds are not issued for partial months after the review period. Contact support@kerebetcapital.com for all refund requests.
1. Membership Billing
All Kerebet Capital memberships (Academy, Pro, and VIP) are billed on a monthly recurring basis. Your billing cycle begins on the date you activate your membership, and renews automatically on the same date each month unless cancelled.
2. Cancellation
You may cancel your membership at any time. To cancel:
- Log into your dashboard and navigate to Membership Settings, or
- Email support@kerebetcapital.com with your cancellation request
Cancellations must be submitted before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the following month. Upon cancellation, your access continues until the end of your current paid period. No partial-month refunds are issued after the 7-day review period.
3. 7-Day Satisfaction Review
New members joining for the first time are eligible for a satisfaction review within 7 days of their first payment. If you are not satisfied with the platform, you may contact our support team within this period to request a review of your case. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
The 7-day review period applies to first-time memberships only. It does not apply to plan upgrades, renewals, or reactivations.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
- Requests made after the 7-day review period has expired
- Membership renewals (you are responsible for cancelling before renewal)
- Account suspensions due to violations of our Terms & Conditions
- Requests citing trading losses (our service is educational only and we bear no responsibility for trading outcomes)
- Partial use of a billing period after the review period
5. Plan Changes
You may upgrade your plan at any time; the new rate takes effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued for unused time when downgrading mid-cycle.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund within the eligible period, email support@kerebetcapital.com with the subject line “Refund Request” and include your registered email address and the reason for your request. Our team will respond within 2 business days.
7. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be communicated to active members via email and will apply to new billing cycles after the change is published.
